A work or leisure related repetitive lifestyle can cause havoc after doing the same thing over and over, i.e.: tech neck, sitting at a desk, working the computer endlessly, curled fingers that won’t relax, carpal tunnel. Our emotions, specifically stress related can manifest into physical ailments, tightening the fascia which surrounds the muscles pulling them out of alignment, affecting your kinetic alignment, posture, balance.
