Pre-Activity/Sports Massage (completely dressed)

30 minutes | $50
Involves uptempo invigorating techniques to stimulate the body as if you were warming up. Also includes interactive dynamic exercises facilitate joint mobility.
NOTE: Some believe that stretching will impede the quick muscle activation (fast twitch) of their sports activity. Not true IF you are doing the correct massage technique & exercises in your warm-up. Better to do dynamic large muscle group movements resembling the activity your going to participate in.

Post-Activity/Sports Massage

30 minutes | $50
A relaxing myofascial release, type massage to soothe the affects of an intense workout, a challenging but invigorating sports activity, a run or if you just want quick concentrated “yeah-right-there” session. Also incorporates neuromuscular stretching. Usually done with clothes on, depending on the issue to be discussed.

Reiki III—M. Usui/Hayashi/Takata System

45 minutes | $65
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an ancient healing art rediscovered in Japan (1800’s) for the concept meaning, “Universal Life Energy.” Treatments are given with clothes on. Using my hands on and off the body, I assist you in restoring, balancing and bringing harmony to the body. The life force is in everything, vibrating at different frequencies. I’m just a conduit to help you “plug in” & receive help to those channels (chakras).
